Teams I’ve worked with

Not another deck

You don’t need another agency or another strategy deck. You need someone who runs the plan with you.

The Wolf Pack Power framework

Three moves. One aligned pack.

Revenue isn’t random when the pack is aligned. The framework turns go-to-market strategy into a sequence your whole team can run.

  1. 01

    ICP

    The Prey

Identify the right prey. Get ruthless about your Ideal Customer Profile so every rep, campaign and dollar chases accounts you can actually win.

    • Define who you win with, and who you don’t.
    • Rank every account against one shared ICP.
    • Stop spending on accounts you can’t win.

    Expected outcome

One target list your whole team believes in.

Without it: Sales and marketing chase different accounts.

    • Best-fit accounts
    • Everyone else
  2. 02

    Customer journey

    The Trail

Follow the trail. Build the customer journey that actually works: clear steps from first touch to renewal, one focus and one expected outcome at every stage, and the buying signals that tell the pack when to move.

    Expected outcome

A journey every team can run, measure and improve.

Without it: Deals stall because nobody owns the path from first touch to signed deal.

The customer journey, stage by stage

    1. 1

      Attract

      Focus

Reach accounts that fit your ICP with a message that names their problem.

      Expected outcome

The right buyers raise their hand.

    2. 2

      Engage

      Focus

Marketing and sales follow up together, guided by real buying signals.

      Expected outcome

      First conversations with qualified buyers.

    3. 3

      Evaluate

      Focus

Map the buying group, from the technical evaluator to the budget owner, and answer each concern with proof.

      Expected outcome

A shared view of the problem and a clear path to a decision.

    4. 4

      Decide

      Focus

Remove risk, agree the plan, and align on timing and price.

      Expected outcome

      Bigger deals, closed faster.

    5. 5

      Expand

      Focus

Customer success and partners keep delivering value after the sale.

      Expected outcome

Renewals, referrals and growth inside the account.

  3. 03

    Execution

    The Hunt

Coordinate the hunt. Align marketing, sales, partners and customer success into one cross-functional motion with clear accountability.

    • Name one owner for every stage and every number.
    • Run one cadence across marketing, sales, partners and customer success.
    • Review a single shared scoreboard on a fixed rhythm.

    Expected outcome

One motion. One scoreboard. Clear owners.

Without it: Everyone is busy and nobody is accountable.

    • Same target
    • Same signals
    • Same scoreboard

How I help

Start with clarity. Scale with the pack.

Every engagement runs on the Wolf Pack Power framework. Pick the one that fits where your revenue engine is today.

01 · Start here

GTM Diagnostic

Know exactly where your revenue motion leaks.

Best when: You’re investing in growth, but pipeline still feels unpredictable.

  • An ICP check: who you actually win, and who you don’t
  • Your customer journey mapped stage by stage, with the gaps marked
  • A read on how marketing, sales, partners and customer success line up
  • A ranked plan: what to fix first, and who owns it

Outcome

A clear plan your team can start on right away.

02 · The full engagement

Fractional CRO

A senior revenue leader running the plan with you.

Best when: You need CRO-level leadership now, and a full-time hire isn’t the right move yet.

  • GTM strategy built on the Wolf Pack Power framework
  • Hands-on leadership of marketing, sales, partners and customer success
  • One cadence and one scoreboard, with a clear owner for every number
  • Hiring, coaching and an operating rhythm for your revenue team

Outcome

Bigger deals, closed faster, with less chaos.

03 · Build pipeline

Pipeline Engine

Demand gen your sales team actually wants.

Best when: Your ICP is clear, but pipeline is thin or the leads you get don’t convert.

  • Digital performance campaigns aimed at accounts that fit your ICP
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) coordinated with sales
  • Positioning that names your buyer’s problem
  • Reporting on pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics

Outcome

Qualified conversations with the right accounts.

Meet Paulo the Wolf

I’m not your typical tech guy. My passion is Go-To-Market.

I’m a Fractional CRO and Go-To-Market consultant. For 20+ years I’ve built and scaled revenue engines for high-growth cybersecurity and tech companies across LATAM and the U.S., from fast-scaling startups to global enterprise brands. Cybersecurity and Tech startups are home turf: I’ve worked with names such as Thales, HPE, Splunk and TORQ. I know how to build an engine from scratch, tighten execution and accelerate growth, without the fluff.

Today I drive go-to-market strategy, use AI for growth and invest in venture capital. I also host The Wolf Pack Power podcast and lead its free community for cybersecurity and tech revenue teams.

Leadership and accountability are the cornerstones of my methodology.

How I work

01

Leadership

I design the GTM plan, then sit in the room to run it with you.

02

Accountability

Clear owners, one number, and data-driven follow-through.

03

Execution

Strategy only counts when it ships. I measure pipeline and revenue, never vanity metrics.

Who I work best with

Cybersecurity and tech companies across the U.S. and LATAM, and the people who carry the number.
